The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and well-designed, the hotel was beautiful and well-maintained, the location was convenient and picturesque, the spa facilities were fantastic....  

Absolutely nothing, even the food at breakfast is cold. Exterior of this hotel is the only thing that deserves the four stars. Once you step inside you meet the incompetent staff that completely ignored requiremnts...

Many staff didn't speak English and it made for harder communication. They serve breakfast beverages in .1 liter glasses making for endless trips for water/juice/coffee. Not the value for the money that was advertised.

The hotel's location was convenient and had beautiful surroundings. the spa treatments were excellent and included in the package. the buffet-style food was fresh and had a great variety.

The hotel facilities were underwhelming and some guests let their kids disrupt others in the pool and jacuzzi. the staff were not service-minded and had poor communication skills.

The hotel is stunning with large and comfortable rooms. The location is peaceful, surrounded by a beautiful park. The hotel offers great spa facilities and attentive staff who fluently speak multiple languages. While the hotel is not in the city center, it's an easy walk to the main attractions.

The comfortable and spacious room with a beautiful view was definitely one of the best aspects of our weekend getaway. The spa facilities were outstanding, especially the variety of saunas and steam baths. Plus, the location in the middle of the forest made it feel like a true escape from the city.

The lack of soaps and shampoos in the bathroom was also a bit unexpected. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee in the room as well.
